Linen jumpsuit in pink and orange

I make this pink and orange jumpsuit from a lightweight European linen. It has a flattering v-neck and an invisible zip at the back. The trousers are wide legged with a slight dropped crotch and roomy pockets. If you prefer to have the jumpsuit without pockets- just ask as I make to order! You can wear the jumpsuit loose without a belt or add a belt for a more cinched-in look.

MATERIAL

100% linen.

SUSTAINABLE

Linen is sustainable for a number of reasons. Not only is it durable and so long-lasting, but it is also biodegradable. Additionally, linen comes from the plant, flax. Growing flax is sustainable because it can grow in poor quality soil, it takes less water than standard cotton and uses significantly fewer pesticides. The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation state that flax uses 13 times less pesticides than potatoes. Moreover, every part of the flax plant can be used for various products. This reduces waste and increases profits for farmers!

I use labels made from recycled fabric that is OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified as free from harmful chemicals. I package each garment in recycled paper and ship using reusable and compostable mailbags.

WASH CARE

You can machine wash the linen jumpsuit. I recommend washing at 30-40 degrees C and line-drying. Iron on medium/low.

To waste less water, energy and to make your clothes last longer:

-wash at cooler temperatures;
-wash your clothes less often;
-and don’t tumble dry.
