Processing time

We make each of our items to order and the time we need to do this will vary. Because of this, please see each product description for processing times.

Shipping

We post deliveries within the UK using Royal Mail First class which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. We post deliveries overseas with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Delivery estimates for overseas are variable.

COVID-19: We note that deliveries to overseas in particular are taking much longer and we appreciate your patience.

Customs and import taxes

Deliveries to outside of the UK may incur local duties and taxes. Because of the variability of these taxes, we cannot incorporate them into our prices and so buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We also cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

Returning clothing

We hope that you love your purchase, but if you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your intent to return. Please then ship your item within 30 days of delivery to the address details we give you.

As long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it, we will refund your initial purchase along with the initial postage fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition we will be unable to issue a refund. A refund will be issued if the item was found faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If an item is faulty, we will refund you for the return shipping of the item but we are unable to cover the costs of return shipping for any other reasons (e.g. if you have changed your mind on the product). If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, we recommend that you send it by recorded delivery and send us the tracking details. This is in case any items get lost in the mail.

Cancellations on workshops

If you have booked a workshop but wish to cancel with more than 48 hours notice of the event, we provide a part-refund (95% of the fee), to ensure we have covered our transaction fees and time to co-ordinate this with yourselves and the workshop teachers.

We don’t offer a refund if you wish to cancel a workshop with less than 48 hours notice of the event. This is because workshop teachers will have invested into materials and we will need time to make sure we can re-sell the refunded ticket.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
