Processing time
We make each of our items to order and the time we need to do this will vary. Because of this, please see each product description for processing times.
Shipping
Shipping within the UK is usually between 1-5 working days after processing. Delivery estimates for overseas are variable. Please get in touch if you have specific questions about an order.
Customs and import taxes
Deliveries to outside of the UK may incur local duties and taxes. Because of the variability of these taxes, we cannot incorporate them into our prices and so buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We also cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
Returning clothing
We strongly encourage you to check our size guide before ordering. If you need to return your item of clothing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We fill refund the cost of the item but we cannot refund shipping unless the item is faulty. We also cannot cover shipping for the return of the product.
If you are returning the item, we require that you ship the item with tracking and insurance to cover the cost of the item in case of loss or damage.
Cancellations on lessons
If you have booked a lesson but wish to cancel with more than 24 hours notice of the event, we provide a full refund. With less than 24 hours notice, we cannot offer a refund.
